By joining the Adopt-A-Highway or its sister Adopt-A-Spot Program you'll be making a vital contribution to your community and the environment. With KIC's help and your hands, every road in Islip's 18 hamlets can shine! KIC supplies everything you need for a safe and effective litter pick-up and arranges with the Town's Highway Department for the removal of filled trash bags. We will also erect an attractive roadside sign acknowledging your group's efforts.
